Wah! So Exhausted

Ok... I have not been typing for the past 2 days. The answer is the title. Tuesday was a really tiring day but fun too. It was the Adventure Training Package. It consists of Rappelling, Rock Wall, Low Elements and M.O.C (Before Lunch). Flying Fox, High Elements, Paint Ball and Archery(After Lunch). The Rock Wall was O.K. The M.O.C was damn tiring.

Run up a slope plank of wood with only ropes to pull us up. Slide down the pole like the Fireman. Run to the high wall( for your information, the wall is really high ). Walk on the Shaking bridge. Run to a stop where you only use your hands to pull you up a metal pole which is slanted to an angle. Putting your legs to secure you on the 2 poles. Do a leopard crawl through a bunch of truck tyres. Then Climb up a rope. Really difficult. Grab the rope the furthest point you can reach, Bring up your legs, Move the rope under your right leg by using your left leg and bring it over your right leg. Step on your right leg to move up. Even though it is complicated, it is tough. Then, run up the balance log. Run up the rope which looks like stairs and go over a deep pool of water. Sounds tough?

The Flying Fox was like the best. Zani and I shouted "Warrant weeeeee...". Not to say any warrant officers name. Haha.. The Paint ball was damn boring for me. After I shot a member of team B, the paint ball gun could not even fore a single bullet. Damn sway. As Paint ball is a game about teamwork and integrity. This stupid team member of mine shot his own member from the back! What the hack was he doing? I was in his team. I got shot 3 times and the bruises are still on my body. Now, blue blacks.

Wednesday was our dining in. I do not want to talk about it now. So I'll skip it for today.

Today was our IGTS(Infantry Gunnery Tactical Simulation). This is the place where the S.A.F soldiers practice their arms combat. As Singapore is a small country, we have limited land, so in order to train their soldiers, they practice by having the simulation of the actual weapon. I have tried firing the Matador, M203, something like a machine gun, SAR21, M16 and the S.A.W. Really gerek. Having a hands on was an eye opener for us. We had something like a mission where a team of 9 each consists of 3 M16, 3 SAR21 and 3 S.A.W, were to kill all enemies coming towards our direction and they are moving targets.

Now, typing with my eyes blinking vigorously. Tomorrow, the course is going to have an activity with the Singapore Poly SMA. A lot of things to bring.

1) Bring no.2 uniform to be returned back to log branch
2) Bring jeans and long sleeved shirt for the dinner
3) Bring short pants and course t-short for the water activity
4) Bring shoes

It is going to be a really tiring day tomorrow. Brace yourself Irfaan.
