I Can't Even Do A Single Chin-Up?!

What?! After 6 months of no physical training but mental training due to the O's, my physical strength of my body has weakened. Every COT(Cadet Officer Trainees) were to do chin-ups every time before meal. As I was happily waiting for my turn, asking the permission of my C/LTA to mount up the bar. Suddenly, the right shoulder of my arm has a cramp. DAMN! A CRAMP?! IN A TIME LIKE THIS?! WHY?!

I was given a second try but the CRAMP JUST WONT GO AWAY!! This is like the worst day in my history of NCC life. Did 7 chin-ups for NAPHA but not a single one TODAY!

Well what could I say. I still have next week. And my PC gave a moral support to our syndicate 1 today. We need to be a team as one whole CENTRAL DISTRICT UNIT. And also his motto "You are late when you are on time, But you are on time when you are 5 minutes early". GEREK PER?

Other than that, I received my NCC PASS CARD! Woohoo! But all of our faces looked like convicts.
